Is AzurStock available across the whole French Riviera?

We serve the Alpes-Maritimes: Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Valbonne, Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Mougins, Sophia Antipolis, Villeneuve-Loubet, Saint-Laurent-du-Var and neighbouring towns. Enter your postcode in the estimator: an address outside our area gets a tailored quote.

Question 2

Do I need an account to get an estimate?

Accepted Answer

No. The home-page estimator works without an account and commits you to nothing. An account is only needed to book a pickup and track your inventory.

Does AzurStock work for businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a dedicated contract: negotiated prices, larger volumes, tailored invoicing. Describe your need from the Business page and we will get back to you with a quote.

Question 4

Is the price shown final?

Accepted Answer

The online price is an estimate computed with the current grid. The final volume and price are checked with you on pickup day, before any loading. An increase always requires your agreement.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Storage has an initial commitment period, then a notice period, both shown on the Pricing page and in the terms. You end the subscription by requesting the full return of your items from your space: it is priced like a pickup (travel, volume, floor, zone), and the subscription ends on the later of the two dates, end of commitment or end of notice. There are no set-up fees and no termination fees.

How quickly can I get an item delivered once I request it?

Standard deliveries are grouped on Mondays; a request confirmed before Friday 11:59 pm leaves the following Monday. An express option within two business days is available for urgent needs (request confirmed on a business day before 6 pm; otherwise the count starts on the next business day).

Can I cancel a request?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your space, as long as the request is not yet assigned to a round: the amount paid is then refunded in full. After that, write to us: we postpone or cancel it with you, with no fees other than those set out in the terms.

Who can receive my items on delivery?

Accepted Answer

You, the account holder, against a signature on the team's screen and a proof photo. Handover to a third party (neighbour, caretaker, representative) is not offered for now. An address you have never used is confirmed with a code sent by SMS.

What happens if I move house during storage?

Accepted Answer

You update your delivery address from your space. If the new address is outside our service area, a tailored quote is offered before confirmation.

Is the warehouse secure?

The warehouse is closed to the public, monitored, and accessible only to the AzurStock team. Its address is never shared publicly, including in our emails or text messages.

What does the included insurance cover?

Accepted Answer

Included cover protects all the items entrusted to us, up to a per-customer limit shown on the Pricing page; the “enhanced insurance” option raises that limit. Limits, exclusions and claim procedures are detailed in the terms and conditions.

Question 12

Which items are refused?

Accepted Answer

Flammable, hazardous or pressurised products, perishable goods, plants and animals, wet, mouldy or infested items, cash, jewellery, irreplaceable documents and unlawful items are never accepted. Oversized items (piano, safe) require a prior review. The full list is in the terms.
