How does storage between two homes work?
- You book the pickup on a Monday round, from the dates offered.
- On the day, the volume is measured with you at your old home, before loading.
- Every item is labelled and photographed: the inventory appears in your client area.
- You add your new address in your client area: a code sent by text message confirms it.
- Your furniture is delivered on the Monday round, all at once or in several trips.
First pickup
The first pickup always follows the Monday round: the express option does not apply to it. Book it before you hand back the keys.

How much does storage cost when you move house?
You pay for the pickup at your old home, storage by the month, then the return to your new one. The full return is priced like a pickup and ends the subscription.
You can also get your furniture back in several trips. Each delivery costs €49, and the rest stays in storage.

When will your furniture reach your new home?
Deliveries and full returns follow the Monday round, like the pickup. Confirmed before Friday 11:59 pm, they arrive the following Monday, subject to space on the round.
You add your new address in your client area. An address you have never used is confirmed with a code sent by text message.

Storage when moving house: frequently asked questions
How long can I store my furniture between two homes?
As long as you need. The minimum term is 3 months, then storage continues month by month, with a notice period of 1 month.
Do I have to take all my furniture back at once?
No. You can ask for partial deliveries, at €49 each: the rest stays in storage. A full return brings everything back and ends the subscription.
My new address is outside your area: what happens?
An address outside our area cannot be booked online. Call us or write to us: we look at every request.
Can AzurStock handle my house move?
We collect, store and then deliver your furniture to your new address. If you need no storage, AzurMove handles the direct move.
