Archives, equipment, stock: what can you store with us?
Furniture, equipment, stock or archives in boxes: every item is measured, labelled and photographed at pickup. Section 13 of our terms and conditions does however exclude:
- flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic or pressurised products (gas cylinders, fuel, aerosols, paints, damaged batteries)
- weapons, ammunition, narcotics and any item whose possession is unlawful
- perishable goods, food, drinks, plants and animals
- wet, mouldy, dirty or infested items, including mattresses and textiles showing signs of infestation
- cash, securities, jewellery, precious metals, valuable works of art, irreplaceable original documents (identity papers, deeds, wills) and data media without a backup
- oversized or very heavy items (piano, safe…) without prior review
- vehicles and motorised equipment, including their tanks
An item whose unit value exceeds the cover limit requires our prior written agreement.

Do you have business rates?
We work out tailored terms based on your volume and how often you need us. Without specific terms, the public price list applies: €19 per m³ per month.
Can you collect from several addresses?
Each pickup takes place at one address in our area and follows the pickup price list. For several addresses, list them in your request: we will look at them with you.
Can we store archives?
Yes, in boxes. Irreplaceable original documents are excluded. An item whose unit value exceeds the cover limit requires our prior written agreement.
Do we get invoices?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice, available in the client area. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
