Short-term storage: what is the minimum period?
The minimum term is 3 months. If your work lasts six weeks, you still pay for 3 months of storage.
After that, storage continues month by month, with a notice period of 1 month. There are no set-up fees and no termination fees.
Work lasting a few days
For work lasting only a few days, a 3-month minimum term is hard to justify. Our storage suits projects lasting several weeks better.
How do you end the storage?
You request a full return from your client area. The subscription ends on the later of two dates: the end of the minimum term, or 1 month after your request.
Months due up to that date remain due, even if your furniture comes back earlier.

How much does furniture storage cost for 3 or 6 months?
The price covers the pickup, monthly storage and the full return to the same address. Billing starts on pickup day, then recurs on the same date each month.
A two-bedroom flat emptied for work in Cannes, on the ground floor, returned to the same address. Priced with the current list.

Need a piece of furniture before the work ends?
Ask for it from your photo inventory, for €49. It comes on a Monday round, subject to space, and the rest stays in storage.
You can also add furniture along the way. An extra pickup follows the same price list as the first one.

Storage during renovation: frequently asked questions
Can I store my furniture for less than 3 months?
Yes, but the minimum term of 3 months is still due. For six weeks of work, you pay for 3 months of storage, plus the pickup and the full return.
When does storage billing start?
On pickup day, when you sign your inventory. It then recurs on the same date each month; the first month is charged in full.
How do I get my furniture back when the work is over?
Request a full return from your client area. It is scheduled on a Monday round, subject to space, or by express within 2 working days. It ends the subscription.
Can I add furniture during storage?
Yes. An extra pickup is ordered from your client area and follows the same price list as the first one.
