On Mondays,
we come round.
Pickups and deliveries are grouped into a round. A predictable rhythm to hand over or get back your belongings without organising a move.

After the cut-off: the Monday after. Paris time, subject to capacity. On a bank holiday, the adjusted date is announced before confirmation.
The first pickup also follows the Monday round. The express option (within 2 business days) is offered afterwards, from your space, for a delivery or an additional pickup.

Do I have to rent a whole storage unit?
You book a volume in cubic metres, not an entire room. We collect your belongings, inventory them and shelve them. The minimum billed and the rounding are shown with your estimate.
How can I be sure of the volume of my belongings?
The estimator uses a catalogue of items and shows an indicative range. On pickup day, we check every item with you. The measured volume and the price are presented before loading. A price change requires your agreement.
Can I get back just my bike or a few boxes?
Yes. From your inventory, you select the items you want delivered. Delivery is a service separate from storage. The address and the volume are checked before confirmation; an address outside our area needs a specific quote.
How does the Monday round work?
A request confirmed before Friday 11:59 pm, Paris time, joins the following Monday round, subject to capacity. After the cut-off, it moves to the week after. The exact date is confirmed with the request; a bank holiday may shift it.
Which items cannot be stored?
Hazardous products, perishable goods, plants, animals and wet or infested items are not accepted. Keep irreplaceable documents and valuables with you. Oversized items, such as a piano, need a specific review.
Where are my belongings stored?
In a warehouse in Valbonne, in the Alpes-Maritimes. Collection and delivery happen at your home: you never need to travel to the warehouse. Its address is not public.
