Can I come and see my belongings?

No, and that is deliberate. The warehouse is not open to the public, which keeps it secure. Your photo inventory replaces the visit: you see every item and ask for it back whenever you like.

How long does the pickup take?

Allow one to two hours for a typical volume, more with the packing pack. Counting is done with you, and you sign a summary at the end.

What if I am not there?

Checking the volume and signing the inventory require your presence. With nobody on site, the pickup is rescheduled with you.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. From your space, you can cancel a request as long as it is not assigned to a round: it is then refunded in full. After that, write to us to postpone or cancel it with you. The conditions are detailed in the terms.

Are my belongings insured?

Insurance is included up to a per-customer limit, and an enhanced option is available. Limits and exclusions are written in the terms and conditions.

How it works

Four steps. No travelling.

You never go to the warehouse. Everything happens at your home and in your online space, with a volume measured in front of you and a price known before loading.

You estimate your volume
From the home page, pick a typical home or tick your items in the catalogue. The volume and a price range appear immediately.
- The catalogue is the same for you and for the team: a three-seat sofa takes up the same volume everywhere.
- You can keep your estimate, then pick it up again after creating your account.
- You then choose a pickup slot and pay for the pickup. Storage is only charged from the day your belongings leave.
The price shown is computed by our servers with the current grid.

We come to you and measure together
On the agreed day, two people arrive with boxes, protection and labels. Every item is counted with you, with a total that updates live.
- If the measured volume stays within your estimate’s tolerance, the price does not change.
- If it exceeds it, a new price is presented before loading. You accept, remove items, or cancel: nothing leaves without your agreement.
- Every item gets a label and a photo. You sign a summary on the team’s tablet.
What counts is what we measure at your home, not what was estimated.

Everything is shelved, photographed, findable
At the warehouse, every item is scanned and placed in a precise location. Your photo inventory appears in your space the same day.
- One item = one photo = one location = one movement history.
- You can rename your items, add a note, or flag an item as fragile.
- Your monthly fee matches the measured volume, rounded up to the next half cubic metre, with a 3 m³ minimum.
The warehouse address is not public and the site is not open to visitors.

You ask for what comes back
From your inventory, tick a box, a bike or all the furniture. Choose the address, and we deliver on the next round.
- Delivery is a one-off service, independent from storage. The rest stays in storage.
- A new delivery address is confirmed with a code sent to your phone.
- On delivery, you check the items handed over. The inventory and your monthly fee are updated.
You can also add belongings later: an additional pickup follows the same grid.

The Monday round

One Monday, one round. And a real advantage.

We group deliveries on Mondays. Fewer kilometres, fewer trucks in your streets, and the same delivery price whatever the number of items.

Cut-off Friday 11:59 pm

Any request confirmed before then, Paris time, leaves the following Monday, subject to capacity. After that, it joins the week after.

A confirmed slot

The day before, you receive the delivery slot. On the day, the team lets you know when they are close.

Need it faster?

For a delivery or an additional pickup requested from your space, the express option delivers within two business days, outside the round (request confirmed on a business day before 6 pm). Its price is shown before confirmation. The first pickup always follows the Monday round.

The round moves to the next business day. The exact date is shown in your confirmation.

Your starting point, computed from the shared catalogue. A range always comes with this figure.

The volume counted with you, item by item, on pickup day. It becomes the reference.

The measured volume, rounded up to the next half cubic metre, with a 3 m³ minimum. Shown before loading.

What we do not take

For the safety of the warehouse and of your belongings, some items are refused on pickup day. They are listed in detail in the terms and conditions.

Flammable, hazardous or pressurised products
Perishable goods, plants, animals
Wet, mouldy or infested items
Cash, jewellery, irreplaceable documents
Oversized items without prior review (piano, safe)
