Questions about storage prices
I’m storing less than 3 m³: how much will I pay?
Storage is billed at 3 m³ minimum, so €57 per month. Above that, you pay for the measured volume, rounded up to the next 0.5 m³.
What if the volume measured at my home is higher than my estimate?
We measure with you, item by item, before loading. Beyond a 10% difference, you are shown a new price: nothing leaves without your agreement.
What do I pay if I stop before the end of the minimum term?
Storage, until the later of two dates: the end of the 3-month minimum term, or 1 month after your request. It remains due even if your belongings come back earlier. The end date is shown to you before you confirm.
Are there set-up or cancellation fees?
No. You pay for the pickup when you order, then for storage every month. To get everything back, the full return is priced like the pickup, from €89.
How much does it cost to deliver a single item?
A delivery costs €49, whatever the number of items. It goes out on the Monday round. Express costs €150 more, within 2 working days.
When am I charged?
The pickup is paid when you order. Storage is charged on the actual pickup day, then every month on the same date. Your invoices are in your client area.
Can I add belongings later?
Yes. An additional pickup follows the same price list, and your monthly fee follows the volume actually stored.
Is VAT added to the prices shown?
No. The price shown is the price you pay: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). A quote keeps its price for 7 days, even if the price list changes.
